These terms cover the text message program of CM Maids LLC ("CM Maids", "we", "us"), a house cleaning company in North Carolina.

CM Maids Billing Notifications

When you book a cleaning with CM Maids, we ask if you want to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you give us. Saying yes is optional: it is not a condition of booking or buying any service, and you can say no at any time. See how we ask. When you ask us for a cleaning quote (on our website, by calling or texting us, or through our Thumbtack profile) and give us your mobile number, we may also text you back about that request. The program sends:

• Replies about your quote request: answers to your questions and the time of the estimate or cleaning.
• A reminder when an invoice for your cleaning is still unpaid, with a link to view the invoice.
• Replies from our team when you text us about your cleanings or invoices.

Message frequency

About one message per invoice, plus the messages of the conversation when you text us or ask us for a quote.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more messages. To start again, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Read how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
