CM Maids LLC ("CM Maids", "we", "us") is a house cleaning company in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a cleaning, use our website, text with us or apply to work with us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The address of the home we clean and the details of your service (dates, type of cleaning, notes you give us).
• Payment records: invoices, amounts, the payment method you used and proof of payment you send us.
• Messages you send us by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email.
• If you apply to work with us: the information you write in the application form.

How we use it

• To schedule and perform your cleanings and to talk to you about them.
• To send invoices, payment reminders and receipts, and to keep our records up to date.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To review job applications (application information is used only for the hiring process).

Text messages (SMS)

We use your mobile number to send you text messages about your quote request, your appointments and your invoices, for example a reminder when an invoice is still unpaid, and to reply when you text us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling platform, our text message delivery provider and our email provider, and only to provide our services to you, or when the law requires it. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

We keep your information while you are our customer and for as long as we need it for our business and legal records. Access is limited to the CM Maids team members who need it to serve you.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us.
• Contact us to see, correct or delete your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
